Oakmont Development broke ground on a much anticipated new housing addition last fall. The first of three phases of the new Winona Lake neighborhood, Raccoon Run, held its ribbon cutting on November 2nd, 2022. Raccoon Run is located off Pierceton Road near Stonehenge Golf Course, and the community construction is set to be finished by 2030.
With 80 homes and at least 52 villas, Raccoon Run will provide Winona Lake with much-needed new housing. The Greater Warsaw, Indiana, area is expanding steadily, with many companies seeking to draw new employees to the region.
Racoon Run offers a stunning setting, with golf course views and spacious lots in Warsaw Community Schools. Winona Lake's recreational greenway will eventually extend to Raccoon Run.
