About Julie

Born and raised in the vibrant city of Warsaw, I have always had a deep connection to this community. After pursuing my education away from home, I couldn't resist the pull to return to Warsaw, where I discovered my true passion: helping people find their dream homes, especially in the beautiful setting of Chapman Lakes. With my real estate journey beginning in 2017, I had the privilege of working at the front desk for an extended period, approximately a year and a half, alongside Brian and team. This experience allowed me to gain valuable insights into the industry and sparked my enthusiasm for real estate. I specialize in selling lake properties, with a particular focus on Chapman Lakes, where I reside. Living in the heart of this picturesque area, I have an intimate knowledge of the community and its unique charm. I believe that my ability to connect with clients and provide them with exceptional service stems from my unwavering commitment and attention to detail.
